Paul wanted to understand and learn ClickUp as it supports the operations of his agency.
He envisioned efficient workflows across different spaces, and comprehensive dashboards for enhanced visibility.
Paul also expressed the need for effective time reporting, basic project management support, and the development of templates to streamline workflow.
On Paul's VIP Intensive Day, we covered project management, resource management, and built assets for his agency on ClickUp.
In the first part, which lasted about 3 hours, I reviewed his workspace and suggested ways to improve it, including a workflow design, standard operating procedures (SOP), and forms.
Then, there was a training session via Zoom to review the assets created and go over some key concepts on ClickUp. This session lasted for about 1 hour.
In the second part, which took about 2 hours, I focused on resource management. I set up and optimized the workload and team views. Then I went on to create a reporting dashboard for managing team members.
Finally, there was another training session to walk Paul through the new views and dashboard. This session also lasted for about 1,5 hours.
The overall experience was fabulous, equipping Paul with the necessary knowledge and tools to enhance his project and resource management capabilities on ClickUp.

She made recordings of our sessions together available for post-workshop viewing.
