Marina from Bemari needed help with setting up ClickUp dashboards and finding some ways to optimize the processes on the platform - she didn't think the team was using ClickUp fully.
Her ClickUp wishlist included analyzing views, managing team availability, optimizing dashboards, and streamlining CRM.
Marina envisioned a well-organized structure and data architecture on ClickUp. This would make it easier for her to provide project quotes and track the team's progress.
Since Marina had a great list of ClickUp goals, I suggested a VIP roadmap with two VIP days to cover this project.
During these two days, I was able to:
Audit ClickUp and make suggestions for the agency workspace with a workflow design.
Review and provide training on workload management including the team and workload views on the platform.
Streamline Bemari's portfolio overview using dashboards that display time spent, progress on tasks, and estimated versus actual time.
Work on ClickUp integrations via Make (formerly Integromat) that included Gmail, Webflow, Beehiiv, and FreeAgent.
Set up different templates for budgets and forecasts in ClickUp.
Conduct two Zoom training sessions on using ClickUp integrations and fixing issues with automations alongside Marina.
Overall, it was impressive to see all the work we accomplished in just two days. I felt that Marina and the Bemari team got great value from our VIP Intensive Days.
