Benita had been using ClickUp for a few years but wanted workspaces that could serve as a home base for her two businesses and be connected to any tool she needed.
Her ClickUp wishlist included workflow setup, new workspaces, SOPs, templates, integration of Docs, using ClickUp Forms, and general best practices.
Benita envisioned a ClickUp workspace where all the threads came together and where she could find and organize everything important for her as CEO and collaborate with her team.
Based on Benita's comprehensive list of ClickUp goals, I proposed a VIP roadmap that included two VIP days for this project.
The first VIP day included a 45-minute strategy session, a pre-work questionnaire, 7 hours of work the day of, and a 1-hour implementation post-intensive. Plus, a month of follow-up email support.
During our 8-hour session, I worked asynchronously on the following:
Through ClickUp Audit on her main workspace
Workflow Configuration with a ClickUp Whiteboard Design
Workspace Optimized for the Benita K Company
Workspace Setup for the Profit First Professionals Company
ClickUp Forms, and Docs implementation
Two Zoom Training sessions to cover templates and review the workflow
In our next phase, we will work on integrating ClickUp with 3rd party tools through Zapier, implementing ClickUp Dashboards, and supporting the growth and maintenance of the existing ClickUp Workspaces.
Overall, I'm thrilled with everything accomplished so far! Benita’s responsiveness and commitment were off the charts along with her kind and caring attitude.
